Clients can book services through our website or by contacting us directly. Please provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and preferred schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via Credit and Debit card, cash, E-Transfer. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
A deposit may be required for certain services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

Removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to detailing.

Informing us of any specific areas of concern.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of $50. Refunds are only issued for services not performed, and requests must be made within 7 days.
7. Liability and Indemnification
While we take great care in providing our services, CLG Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Clients agree to indemnify and hold CLG Mobile Detailing harmless from any pre-existing damage related to the vehicle.
8. Service Limitations
Our services may be affected by weather conditions. We reserve the right to postpone services in case of rain, snow, or extreme temperatures for the safety of our staff and the quality of service. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
